Stansteadbury House

Stanstead Bury is the old manor house in the village of Stanstead Abbotts situated an hour north of London and close to both the A10 and the M11. Steeped in history, Stanstead Bury has been the private home of the Trower family for over 150 years. The grounds of this beautiful house are available to hire, for a limited number of weddings each year, to couples who are looking for a venue for a marquee wedding reception.

The problem:

Owing to the rural location of this building and the nature of the building itself it faced two challenges. Firstly, how to get high speed internet into the property and secondly how to distribute it around the property.

The solution:

Countrifi provided several options to the client including 4G, a dedicated leased line or Satellite Internet. The customer elected to go with a Starlink satellite connection which gives speed of over 200mb.

Once we had installed the Satellite connection, we then distributed this around the property giving both fixed ethernet ports and high-speed wireless access. We remotely monitor the internet connectivity to ensure consistent speeds and connectivity for all users.
